Also, this takes you to a broken link:Please take a look at our help document on How To Resolve Script Optimization Conflicts if you need help narrowing down optimization plugins and settings.

Hello! For the conflicting script notice, it looks like there's still a Monumetric script running on the site. It appears to be placed inside of an Elementor widget:

So you'll want to find it and get it removed from the site to resolve that issue.

For the ads.txt, it looks like you may just be running into some caching. When I check the /ads.txt url on the site, I'm still seeing the old ads.txt coming from Advanced ads. If I use a querystring to bust the cache, though, I'm seeing the redirect to our server work just fine. So likely you'll just need to make sure all the caching on the site and server is cleared out to get it working.

Lastly, would you be able to link us to the url where you're seeing the broken link? We can absolutely get it fixed. Thanks!!

I found the last bit of script and removed it. I manually added the ads.txt to my Advanced Ads Pro plugin. When you go to www.adultsplaysports.com/ads.txt, it shows up. However, I still get this error from Grow: We can’t seem to find your Ads.txt file. Check our FAQ for troubleshooting options.

I'll have to see which post that broken link file came from. I've since closed it.

Oh, I cleared cache and actually deactivated Litespeed as well but still have the same error.

I also tested disabling Cloudflare and Litespeed simultaneously. Nothing.

Hello! I just checked on the site, and I'm now seeing the updated ads.txt. Our crawler is able to see it as well, but it looks like it was appended to the ads.txt after the old ads.txt. The ads.txt on the site needs to match the ads.txt that you can find at the URL in your journey onboarding dashboard exactly. So if you're able to get the old lines removed so that the ads.txt is matching, you should be able to proceed with onboarding. Thanks!

Ok. I think I fixed it all. Everything appears good on my end. But I don't see any ads. How long should it take before they show? All caches and Cloudflare flushed.

Awesome. I just checked on the site, and ads are displaying on our end. So you should be good to go at this point. Thanks !!

Yes, thank you so much for your help. I did have one more question. On the sidebar, I'm noticing the ad being placed under elements on my sidebar. do I just have to fix that with CSS?

You're most welcome! For the sidebar, yes, the sticky ad won't display properly with the sticky or fixed style on the sidebar. So if you're able to remove that with CSS (or change with Elementor) then we should be able to get the sidebar ad placed. Thanks!!

Now I'm noticing the sidebar ad has completely disappeared. Is there a way to add it back?

Hi Adultsplaysports ! Now that the sticky functionality has been disabled, the script was able to update to place a sidebar ad. So you should be seeing it on the site whenever an advertising partner bids on that ad placement moving forward.

To resolve the missing ads.txt issue, manually create an ads.txt file in your website's root directory via cPanel or FTP and add the necessary ad network information. For the conflicting ad script, ensure all Monumetric scripts are fully removed. Disable other plugins temporarily to identify conflicts.
