    Hi Sarah,

It's possible that there's a security measure or something on the site that's preventing you from adding the script via the plugin. So what you'll want to do is go ahead and just add the script to the site manually. The script should show right in your publisher dashboard, and you can find more detailed instructions on how to do that here. Thanks!!

I was able to add the script manually (after going through all of the trouble shooting options) but now I need to add the ads.txt file and all of the trouble shooting takes me back to grow. And since grow won't connect I can't really use it.

    Hi Sarah,

Since you added the script manually, you'll also just need to add the ads.txt to the site manually. You can find the correct ads.txt in the URL right in your onboarding dashboard. We have a doc that will help with the process, but it's something that your host should be able to help with - we would definitely recommend contact them for some assistance here. Once the ads.txt is added, you should be able to continue with onboarding. Thanks!!

    Hi,

I have the same problem. While I have manually added the script, I also have to manually update the ads.txt file about once a week, and only find out that I have to when I log into the dashboard. I would hugely appreciate if there was a real solution for this rather than a workaround, as there is a risk of going without the correct ads.txt for days at a time unless I check the dashboard at least daily.

Is it possible to look further into this?

    Thanks, Sophie

    Hi,
I successfully installed the Grow plugin two months ago. However, every time I log into my WordPress dashboard, I see the following message:

"Grow is currently running on hairwellnessabc.com
This Site is Connected to Grow but This User Does not have Access
Grow is still running on your site but you will not be able to make adjustments until you log in."

I keep logging in again and again, but the same message appears every time.
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

    Thank you!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
