Overlapping ad display

Hi Journey team,

We’re generally have a good experience with ads on our website through Journey. We’ve noticed that ads sometimes overlap which we don’t have any control over. Is it possible for this to be looked into?

Hi Michael Soud ! Thanks for reaching out. This is a Kargo adhesion ad, which can be taller than the typical adhesion ad and is also less common than the typical adhesion ad. Usually the universal video player (UVP) will hoist itself above the ad placement after a second or two so they don't overlap, and that's the behavior I'm seeing when I check your site. Are you consistently not seeing the UVP move above this type of adhesion ad, or was it just this one specific ad that had the overlap issue? If it's just this one Kargo ad, it's possible it's just a bad ad follow you around that will eventually stop being served.
