Hi Michele Marchi ! When the Grow script is being optimized it can lead to this type of issue since it's the script that tracks your reporting data, and in this case it looks like the Grow script is being optimized by the Litespeed plugin. I'm seeing the following attribute (type="litespeed/javascript") on the Grow script when I look at your source code:

Here's an article that goes over how to exclude Grow from optimization plugins. For Litespeed specifically, you should be able to exclude the term grow in the plugin under LiteSpeed Cache > Page Optimization > Tuning > JS Excludes.

Once it's excluded, you should clear out all site/server/CDN caching and then see if the Top Pages report starts pulling in data over the weekend.

    Thank you!

Hi Michele Marchi ! I'm not seeing the script getting optimized anymore, so hopefully that will do the trick. I would just keep an eye on the Top Pages numbers over the weekend and you can let us know on Monday if data still isn't populating.

    Hello Rachel Johnson,

The earnings in the early days, for the same amount of traffic, are a tiny fraction of what I was getting when I was with Adsense.
    Is this normal?

    Many thanks.

    Best regards.

Hi Michele Marchi ! It's hard to say what's normal for your site since every site is different. It looks like the graph data is correct for your site, but I'm going to have engineers look into the Top Pages Report and will let you know as soon as I have an update from them.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I'll try to explain myself better.

Is the income generated so far in the first few days, based on your experience, in line with the average?

Or are they so low only because it is the first few days and therefore it will be necessary to wait further?

I ask this because if these are the standar earnings, then I will go back to Adsense immediately.

    Thank you

Matthew Burley and Michele Marchi - we just noticed that the Grow script that starts with <script data-grow-initializer> is installed twice on your sites. This could be causing the issue with the Top Pages Report. Would you remove the duplicate Grow script and then let us know if data starts pulling into the Top Pages Report over the next few days? Thank you!

OK, I have removed the first instance of the script that I had manually added to the header, and I only see one that I'm assuming is loaded via the plugin. Can you let me know if it seems OK now?

Michele Marchi There isn’t really an average or norm. Each site is going to perform different based on their unique traffic makeup - like what countries your readers are coming from, trending content, which devices your readers are using, time of year, etc… You also just launched with us, so there’s always a bit of a ramp-up period. Switching ad management companies is basically like re-introducing yourself to advertisers. It takes time to rebuild the history between your site, the buyers, and how they want to spend on your page. How long this takes is unique to each site. From a technical perspective, everything looks like it’s working as it should and your earnings look correct. I’d recommend checking out our article on Optimizing Your Content to make sure you’re set up for success.

Matthew Burley thanks so much for removing the duplicate! I'm just seeing one instance of the Grow script now. Over the next two days, I would keep an eye on the Top Pages Report and let us know if it still isn't pulling in data.

Hi, It's been a couple of days since I removed the second instance of the Grow script, but I'm still not seeing pageview data on the Top Pages Report.
