Hi Tara Wedlock ! Journey shouldn't run any ads that would be considered “pop up” ads – did they provide any screenshots? If they're referring to the video player in the bottom corner of the screen, this is the Universal Video Player. This video player is one of the best performing ad placements, so we highly recommend running it since disabling it would impact revenue, but if you need to disable it or any other ad placements, we have an article here that goes over how to block specific ad placements.

Yea i believe that’s what they’ve been talking about. Is there a way to just have one of those? There are two right now and they block the whole screen for mobile users

Tara Wedlock There's only one Universal Video Player and I'm only seeing one on the site. You might be referring to the adhesion ad banner that sticks to the bottom of the screen, which is a separate type of ad placement.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
