    Hi Connie,

There shouldn't be a delay at all when correctly adding the code via the instructions here to remove ads from individual pages. I just checked on the site, and on some posts I'm seeing that our script isn't running. On another, I did see the script still running with ads displaying. When I used a querystring to locally clear the cache, though, the script was removed.

So, likely, with both the blocking divs and the script removal, you're running into some caching preventing the changes you're making from showing up. If you get the script running sitewide again and add the blocking div to an individual page or post, you'll just want to make sure all of the caching on the site is cleared and then check to see if the ads are properly blocked. Thanks!!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
