Ad density increased on mobile

Hi,

Ad density has increased on mobile today (incognito).  

For example this post https://www.jerasjamboree.co.uk/hexagon-cardigan-pattern-with-optional-pockets/ has 36 in-content ads viewed incognito on mobile but the same post has 15 ads viewed incognito on desktop. 

All other posts I've checked are the same.

I haven't had this issue before and have been ok with the amount of ads.  But this feels very intrusive on mobile.

I know I can ‘group’ blocks but have been happy with the amount of ads until today.  

Will ads on mobile be double to desktop moving forward?

    Hi Sharon! We haven't made any changes to our ad script or ad frequency – you can read more about ad density and post any further questions about ad density in this active thread.

    It's normal for there to be a higher ad density on mobile than on desktop because the content is much longer on smaller devices, so there's more opportunities for ad placements without ads being in every screen view. That said, different ad density options are in development and should be available in the near future – if you have further questions about that you can follow and post in this thread.
