Hi Heather! We're not familiar with Kajabi, but one option could be trying to set up a redirect from yoursitename.com/ads.txt (replace yoursitename with your domain) to the URL you see under Journey Settings → Ads.txt → Ads.txt URL. The URL starts with https://adstxt.journeymv.com/sites/ and then has a chain of letters and numbers unique to your site. If you're unsure of how to set up a redirect, your host should be able to help!

    Rachel,

This doesn't seem to be possible.  Is there another option?

Uploading the file to the root directory or setting up a redirect are the only options here if you're not on WordPress. It looks like someone else on Kajabi was able to create a redirect through Cloudflare (thread here), so I would give that a try and ask your host or a developer for assistance if needed!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
