    Hi Austin ! Usually if the ad isn't scrolling, it's due to an overflow:hidden CSS conflict since this CSS rule prevents the scrolling functionality from working. That does look like the case here - I see overflow:hidden applied to the class .main when I scroll on your site. You might need to work with a developer to remove this rule, but you can also try adding the below CSS:

    .main {overflow:visible!important;}

    For those who come across this in the future, the below is also a common CSS fix for the issue:

    html, body {
       overflow:visible!important;
    }

    If removing the overflow:hidden causes other display issues though, we recommend consulting with a developer who can give a more comprehensive CSS solution.

    Hope this helps!

    I tried it, and it's working perfectly now. The privacy page is also fine. Thanks so much for your assistance!

    Hi! I'm facing the same issue but I don't think I have overflow:hidden applied to .main. I have a sticky header. Please could you help?

    Hi Shivani,

    It looks like inview is actually working just fine on your site - the ads just needed to account for the sticky header. We made a little adjustment, and you should no longer be seeing the overlap there. Thanks!!

    thank you! is it possible to adjust them a little more? i can still see a portion of the ad is covered by the header, and it would be nice to have ~5px gap

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
