Onboarding
Answered“We found conflicting ad code running on your site. Launching ads with Journey requires you to remove code from any previous programmatic ad partners. Hi Bethany,
It looks like there's still a media.net script running on the site. It's currently being optimized by WP Rocket, but it's showing up in the pagesource:

You'll want to get this script removed from the site and should be able to continue with onboarding then. Thanks!!

Hi Bethany G Latta-waugh ! It looks like this might be due to the Monumetric prefetch on your site. This is what it looks like:
<link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//monu.delivery' />
Could you remove this, clear all caches, and see if that does the trick?

Support Where did you find it? I cant seem to locate that line of code. I ran a right click and then chose “view page source”

Bethany G Latta-waugh I'm actually not seeing it anymore and your dashboard is now picking up the ad script without any conflicts, so you should be able to complete onboarding now!
