    Hi Mary! Does the site have the Mediavine Control Panel plugin enabled? If so, you would want to disable the plugin if it isn't running Mediavine ads anymore and clear all caching. From there, if you're having issues manually adding the ads.txt file yourself, you can have your host help add it for you following these instructions.
