Ad.Txt showing old owner's info

I was not able to get the Journey part of the Grow plugin to work so had to do it manually. I then am trying to ad the ad.txt manually, but when it showing not found (since I haven't added it and can't figure out how to) but the url search as suggested is showing the old owner's mediavine info and not the ad txt file I downloaded. Can anyone help me figure out how to handle this? Thanks!

    Hi Mary! Does the site have the Mediavine Control Panel plugin enabled? If so, you would want to disable the plugin if it isn't running Mediavine ads anymore and clear all caching. From there, if you're having issues manually adding the ads.txt file yourself, you can have your host help add it for you following these instructions.
