Ads still not loading?

Hi, I just need help troubleshooting why I’m still seeing the Journey ad pictures instead of ads? I’ve cleared the cache and have waited a week.

Do they need time to load?

I’m also checking in incognito, so it’s not because I’m logged into chrome. Should I be doing anything else to fix this? Thanks

Hi there! Seeing placeholder ads as the site owner is normal since you're on the site more than your readers and run out of premium ad impressions faster. There are a lot of factors at play when it comes to advertisers bidding on ad placements on a specific site – your location, how often you're on the site, and how relevant the site is to you as a reader all play a big part in ad fill. That said, as long as you're seeing the placeholder ads, you can be assured ads are being served to your readers. I also just checked your site, and I'm seeing ads loading in great:
So this shouldn't be anything to worry about!

Hi there, thanks for that. I am concerned that the RPM is still super low and it's been a week? I've had other people who aren't here in my home check the site and they are also seeing these placeholder ads? Could it be they aren't fully loaded yet across the board? There's a reason the RPM is still at $2. Thanks for checking.
