Big Problem with Journey & Chicory

I was told yesterday in this forum by an admin it was ok to run Chicory with Journey and looked today and have 0 everything for yesterday; no impressions, RPMs, or revenue for yesterday when I turned it on after receiving a response from my prior post it was ok. The ads were running, I checked so I don't understand what went wrong. And can anything be done about yesterday as I deactivated the chicory plugin to find the data??? Thank you.

Hi Debbye! Chicory running wouldn't affect your analytics reporting at all unless your Grow script were inadvertently removed when Chicory was added. In this case, though, your analytics from yesterday likely just haven't updated yet - they won't prior to 10am ET. So you can check back later, and if you run into any additional issues just let us know. Thanks.

I just checked with our data team, and there's a little delay on the analytics this morning. This is unrelated to Chicory being added to the site. They're getting it resolved. I don't have an exact ETA, but you should be able to check back later once the data is there.

Just a quick followup that analytics have been updated, and you should see yesterday's data in your reporting now.
