Hi Alissa! It looks like you've still got Ads.txt Manager enabled on the site, and it's still adding the old ads.txt which is referencing Ezoic. So if you're able to get Ads.txt manager deactivated on the site and clear all the caching, hopefully you'll be able to proceed with onboarding then! Thanks!

Is that a plugin? If so, I don't have that installed.

Since I just had my DNS records pointed back to Bigscoots, could it be because it takes a little while for DNS records to propagate?

Hi Alissa! Often this is done through the Ezoic plugin in your WP Admin. You'd just disable the ads.txt from being placed there. Sometimes, though, depending on your setup you may need to go to Ezoic's ads.txt manager site to get the ads.txt placement disabled. If you run into additional issues, Ezoic should be able to point you in the right direction in getting it disabled. Thanks!!

Got it, it was in Ezoic's ads.txt manager. I've disabled it, and Bigscoots got me all fixed up, so I'm up and running now. Thanks so much!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
