    Hi Greta! Before adding the privacy policy, the ad script needs to be present on your site. Once you've added the script and the dashboard is able to see the script on your site, you should be able to finish the onboarding process and add the privacy policy URL.

    Thanks for the response! The script is there and it’s on my front page and footer.

    Hi Greta! The script I'm referring to is the Journey ad script, which I'm not currently seeing on your site. We have an article here that goes over how to add the ad script as well as a troubleshooting article here if you're having trouble enabling the ad script. Once it's enabled, you'll be able to finish the onboarding process and add the privacy policy.

    But when I'm doing the set up it says my script is already added.
