    For anyone else who runs into the conflicting ad code message, here's an in-depth help article that goes over how to remove conflicting ad code from your site and where you typically can find the conflicting code. Please read over all of the troubleshooting steps and if you need assistance or can't find the code, reach out to your host or developer for assistance.

    Hi Nomita! I see the following AdSense code in the <head> of your site when I look at your source code:

    <script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>

    <script>

    (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({

    google_ad_client: "ca-pub-9724162519522990",

    enable_page_level_ads: true

    });

    </script>

    It's unclear whether this is coming from a plugin, theme file, or somewhere else, but your host should be able to help remove it if you can't find it since they should have access to your site. Once it's removed, clear all caching (plugin, server side, and CDN if you use one), and then the issue should be resolved

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
