Grow Wordpress Plug-In: not directed to to pop-up to enable ad script

The journey begins… thank you so much! ! I was so excited when I got accepted this morning. I can't tell you how grateful I am to be here.

When I clicked on the “Grow for Wordpress” Enable Ads Scripts, I am not seeing the pop-up to enable ads. By luck, I was able to ad the script manually but couldn't figure out how to set up ads.text manually. 

I appreciate any guidance you can offer to help me get started.

    Hi Matt - thanks for reaching out! We have a guide here on how to manually install your ads.txt file in your root directory. Your host should also be able to help with this if you send them over that article :)

    I have exactly the same problem: ‘the next screen’ with the enable button is not showing. I'd rather solve this than installing the txt manually. Since I will have to update this periodically… I'm not technical at all, would prefer these things just go without my fussing every time. 

    Seems this is something occuring more than once.

    Hi there! It's possible your setup with a redirect to www is leading to an issue with the link from your onboarding and your getting logged out. Changing the link to include the www prefix could potentially take care of this for you. When you have a chance, please login to your WP Admin, open the onboarding in your Grow dashboard in another tab or window, and use this link in the WP Admin browser: https://www.[yoursitename].com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=grow-journey-enable. You would just want to replace [yoursitename] with the actual site name.

    Hopefully that gets things working here. If you're still not able to get the script added using this approach though, adding the script manually might be the best option to move forward.
