Hi Tay! Thanks so much for reaching out. We can't say exactly why you're being logged out of the plugin in WP Admin. In some cases, this could be due to a security setting, potentially on the server side of things. It's also possible that if your WP Admin is redirecting or if the cookie domain on the site is different than the main domain (these would be on your hosts' end), that there is an issue with an authorization cookie. It could make sense to reach out to your host to see if either of these apply here.

I also just took a look at the site, and it appears that there are multiple script wrappers and Grow scripts running on the site. Running more than one script wrapper and Grow script could be causing issues with the analytics. So I would recommend removing all of the scripts that you've added to the site manually and just letting the plugin place the scripts. If you run into any of the above issues with that approach, then it could make sense to go ahead and only add the scripts manually and deactivate the plugin, at least temporarily. Thanks!!

I deleted the duplicate scripts and then contacted my host.

My host is Bluehost and after working with a technician there, they confirmed there is no issue on their end, either with security settings, redirects, or an authorization cookie. They said the issue is clearly a plugin issue and referred me to contact Mediavine again.

I've been with Journey for a few weeks and my dashboard has always shown $0.00 for earnings.

Can you confirm if my website is actually earning anything? Ads have been in place for weeks.

    Hi Tay,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm still seeing two duplicate Grow scripts and two Journey scripts running on the site this morning. It looks like the scripts are there even if I bust the cache on my end. If you can get the duplicate scripts removed so that there's only one Grow script and one Journey script on the site, we can take another look on our end. Thanks!!

I have looked for the duplicate code but I'm not experienced enough to know where to look beyond my theme header and plugins that let me add to the header. Can you tell me where the duplicate code is? (I think the Grow for WP plugin should be the only thing running.)

Hi Tay! I see a second code in the <head> area of your site, but it's hard to say what's inserting it. Typically, it'd be inserted by a code snippet plugin or the header theme file of your site. If you're not sure, I would reach out to your host to see if they can assist since they'll have access to your site and site files.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
