Does Journey have a CMP?

Hello, when I accepted the Terms & Conditions to Journey by Mediavine it was my understanding that we would have the ability to use Mediavine’s CMP.  Perhaps I misread this?  I would like to know if I should be utilizing a Cookie Consent form.  Thank you,

    Journey does use a CMP (consent management platform), and it covers the display advertising portion of GDPR. If you live outside of the EU though, you wouldn't see it pop up since it's not required outside of the EU. If you need to collect consents outside of display advertising, you could use a separate consent service, but we aren't able to advise on consents outside of our CMP.
