Hi Alvin! I'm actually not seeing the Journey script on your site - I'm seeing Ezoic running instead. For Journey ads to work on your site, you would need to remove the Ezoic code first since Journey requires exclusivity.

Looking at the current markup of your site, there shouldn't be issues with our script placing content ads once the script is enabled. We have predefined CSS selectors that we use to target ads, and these selectors work on almost all themes, including the Twenty Twenty themes. So it's possible there was another issue at play when you were troubleshooting.

As a general rule, we don't recommend page builders because they can wrap your content in divs in unexpected ways, which can prevent ads from loading where we want them to. Otherwise though, Journey supports all popular themes (i.e. Kadence, Genesis, Astra, Generatepress etc) out of the box. Your current theme should also work with Journey automatically.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello

I used Kadence theme now. However, ads is still at the bottom. I attached a video screen to see that no ads in the content.

By the way, I just disabled my adnetwork and integrate journey to see if ads are working after trying to fix the issue, but the same thing happened. Ads is only at the bottom.

As of now, gonna disable journey again while waiting a reply as I may lose revenue from my traffic while waiting a reply.

Hope you can help meon this.

    Thank you.

Hi Alvin! Thanks for sending the video over. Could you try reenabling Journey ads? We made a small adjustment on our end, and you should see ads populate throughout your content now.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
