    Hi Olatunde! Thanks for reaching out. 

    I just checked on the site, and I'm seeing both desktop and mobile ads displaying great on my end. I'm also seeing the script and ads.txt working just fine on the site. It's possible that since you're on the site likely more than a typical reader that you could be out of premium impressions - this is totally normal. There also could be something like an ad blocker enabled on your end that could be keeping ads from showing up. 

    So what you can do is open a post on the site in a new incognito window with all ad blocking disabled. You can also try appending ?test=testAds to the end of the post url. This will tell our script to display placeholders where ads are targeted. If you're seeing the placeholders or ads on your end, it's an indication that everything is working just fine.

    I also just checked on your Grow Publisher Portal, and everything is looking good there on my end as well. If you're also seeing yourself logged in, then you should be all set. If we can help with any additional questions, though, please just let us know. Thanks!!

    Hi John,

    I would have created a new post request but thought I would try asking in the same thread. Yesterday, I went through the onboarding process successfully. I noticed these issues:

    • no ads showing up ( even now…)
    • no journey analytics tab
    • I can access the journey dashboard with a direct link only
    • If I click anywhere else on grow, the journey dashboard disappears and  “Finish journey set up” shows up.
    • The finish journey setup takes me to the Tipalti profile (which is already set up) so I click next for every page and get back to the dashboard.
    • I figured that I could save the dashboard link and access it directly - today noticed the analytics has gathered data but still no sign of ads on the website. 

    I have reached out to Tipalti but I doubt that it is causing the no-ads issue. 

    I did try your suggestions in the top answer, and still not good news. 

    Please help.
