Hi Crystal! Ads are running great on your site, but I'm also seeing Blogher ads overlapping with your Journey ads unless I manually bust the cache. Could you clear out all caching plugins and your server side cache when you get the chance? That should clear things up!

And ads will definitely show for your logged in Grow subscribers! Since you're on the site more often than a typical reader, it's normal that you might run out of premium impressions in your logged in browser and see fewer ads. As long as you see ads in an incognito window though, you're good to go. You can also append ?test=testAds to the end of a post URL, and that will signal our script to display placeholder ads so you can see where the ads will display for readers.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks Rachel! Could you double check now about to see if the blogher ads are gone? I have purged the cache. I didn't notice the overlap in ads yesterday, so I am not sure what I am looking for to make sure they are gone. Many thanks!

Thanks for clearing the cache! I'm no longer seeing the Blogher ads, so you should be all set here :)

    Hi Crystal,

This is slightly unrelated but I came across your post while looking for people who use Divi and Journey Ads - just curious how you're setting up your blog post blocks so that the ads are able to run? I'm worried I won't get approved because I use Divi.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Sandy!

First, I made sure the journey ad text was in the header of my website. This was difficult for me because I had someone else build my website. You go to Divi → Theme Options → Intergration → Add code to <head> of your blog.

Once I did that the ads show easily between most text modules. So instead of me adding an image in a separte block, I will add it within the text editor if I want an image to not be broken from the text. It has worked out very well. I do have to check ad placement in an incognito browser. I always check after posting and make any adjustments that might be needed. But usually I don't need to.

Let me know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to help.

Hi Support Apologies for posting here, didn't want to spam the forum with a similar question.

I've been on Journey for 3 weeks, and the first ad appears to still load slowly on both mobile and web.

May I ask for a check if ads are loading normally on my site or if there are any major issues?

Hi Roseanne ! Ads are loading in great on my end and the ad script isn't optimized, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. The ads are lazy loaded and the script won't fire until user interaction or 5 seconds after the page renders, so it's actually normal for the ads to not pop up immediately. You can be assured that everything is working as intended!

    Hi Crystal Jarvis,

I was finally accepted so now your info has come in handy! Thank you so much :)

Are you using the Grow plugin as well?

    Hi Rachel,

Since my request is on the same topic, I didn't want to create another thread for my question. I joined Journey last week and have been reading the forums and Grow articles. I've made quite some adjustments recommended on the articles, including using the private/incognito windows to check the website, but my ads still need to load longer than usual on mobile and desktop.

Could you please check if there is anything else I can do to improve the loading time? Thanks https://zamiguz.com/free-easy-oversized-crochet-scarf-pattern/

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
