We're having trouble seeing your script

I followed the instructions adding the Grow plugin and it says successful. I then added the code in the header/footer plugin and saved it. I emptied plugin caches on wordpress and cleared all caches on my laptop. It continues giving me the message "we're having trouble seeing your script'. I'm at a loss!
