Hi Alvaro! It looks like there's a connectivity issue with your Grow script, which would be why no data is appearing in your dashboard. Could you make sure the Grow script is unoptimized and added to the <head> section of your site? Then data should start pulling in over the next few days.

Hi Rachel, thanks for your reply. We have updated the code to include the script in the head instead. Could you please verify that everything is setup correctly and there is no connectivity issues anymore?

Hi Alvaro! I'm seeing the Journey script on the site in the <head>, but not the Grow script. The Grow script can be found in your dashboard under Grow Settings → Install Grow Script, and you'll want to add this script to the <head> area of your site as well.
