Grow Analytics dashboard is not showing any reports

Hi,

I joined and set up ads yesterday (May 22, 2024). But I don't see any reports in my Grow dashboard. The dashboard still shows “Your reporting is coming soon”.

Also I still only see the Grow ads everywhere. I don't see any other ads. I checked on different browsers and mobile devices (both in normal and incognito mode). I don't know if there is any misconfiguration on my side.

Questions:

Why am I not seeing ANY reports in the Analytics Dashboard?
Why am I seeing ONLY the Grow ads?

Please let me know if there is anything I should do on my side.

Hi Senthilkumar,
I just checked on your site, and I'm seeing ads display great. If you're seeing Journey placeholders on your end, that's totally normal since you're likely on the site more than most readers and might be out of premium impressions.
I just checked on your dashboard, and I'm seeing earnings there as well, so it looks like things just hadn't updated yet when you checked. Thanks!!
