    Hi Sara!

Thanks for reaching out! The privacy policy was just being placed, because the onboarding was paused part way through before you had a chance to input a URL for it. I went ahead and made an adjustment that should take care of this for you.

We do not have an expiration on the invitation, so you should absolutely be able to finish your term with your current provider and then finish onboarding with Journey. In the meantime, what you can do is paste the following URL into your browser: {{Site URL}}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=grow-journey-disable. You would just want to add the actual site URL instead of the placeholder in curly brackets. From there, you should be able to disable the Journey script until you've finished the term with your current provider. Once it's up, you can proceed with the onboarding steps!

Thank you, John! This worked! I appreciate your help. I'll finish the onboarding as soon as my current contract is finished.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
