Hi Holly! I just checked on the site, and I'm seeing ads load in great on my end. Since you're on the site more often than a typical reader, it's normal that you might run out of premium impressions on your end and see fewer ads. What you can do is open the site in a new incognito window to check on what the ads are looking like. Also, you can append ?test=testAds to the end of a post URL, and that will signal our script to display placeholder ads so you can see where the ads will display for readers. If we can answer any additional questions, just let us know. Thanks!!

Hi Tharaka Gunawardhana ! It can take time for the script to automate ad placements after launching, so we recommend waiting a day or so for sidebar and content ad placements to be fully optimized and load on the site if you don't see them initially or the density isn't as high as you would expect. It's also possible it can be delayed if the site is down, running into server issues, etc. I'm seeing ads load normally throughout your posts and in the sidebar on my end though, so you should be good to go.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
