Viator Plugin Not Displaying

My Viator plugins seem to have disappeared when viewing from an iPhone since installing Journey ads.  On laptop (Safari) it's fine.  And my husband has an android phone and the Viator plugin displays fine, but on my iPhone nothing.  Just wondering if this is something you can help with from your end?

    Hi Sharon! Thanks so much for reaching out. I just took a look at the site and saw the Viator widget working just fine on the /agua-azul-waterfalls-mexico post. I checked on Chrome on desktop, on the mobile emulator, and on an actual iPhone. I did notice that sometimes Viator is adding a captcha before it displays the widget as a bot-fighting measure. It's possible that this is what you're running into, but there doesn't look to be any conflict with our ad script. 

    If you're still running into issues on your end, I would recommend reaching out to the plugin developers to get their insights. Thanks!!!
