Hi Bridget! There shouldn't be any actual errors in the ads.txt file - I just check on it. So you can use our guide to grab the ads.txt text (potentially again) and add it via Blogger to see if that works. You'll want to make sure you're not adding any additional characters or spacing when adding the text.

If you run into any additional issues, it would make sense to contact Blogger to see why it's not allowing you to add it. Let us know if we can answer any additional questions!

Thanks. I have posted a question there and left feedback. Tried again a few times and still getting that message. I have never had an issue on my other site with ads.txt.

I went to the site Blogger mentions in the error message and used the https://adstxt.guru/validator/ they recommended. The code came back with 0 errors, but the site recommended adding the certification authority IDs where some were missing. I did that and it seems to be working?????

Hi Bridget! Thanks so much for letting us know how you were able to get things working here. We're going to take a look on our end to see if there are any adjustments to make. We're seeing the ads.txt on your site, though, so you should be all set.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
