Video Ad Not Loading
CompletedThe corner video ad is showing up, but not loading. It just shows three dots. I cleared my cache, and deactivated all plugins to see if it was related - but it's not.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you!

It seems to be working now! If there is any way you can adjust my homepage and shop (Moderatelymessyrd.com) for ad density that would be appreciated. I think it’s because I am using Elementor on those pages. I know you said you can’t change ad density but just wanted to check.

Hi Alexandra,
Thanks for writing in!
I took a look, and I'm seeing the video player work great on desktop and mobile. It does load more consistently for me on mobile, which is to be expected since there's more ad demand for mobile devices.
Desktop ad fill for the video player can be lower, so it's not out of the ordinary to not see an ad load in the video player, especially if you've recently launched ads. It's also possible that you're being followed around by a bad ad creative that's trying to load and failing.
That said, we're going to escalate this to our engineers to make sure everything is working as expected on desktop just in case. If they see any issues, I'll be sure to shoot over an update!

Glad you're seeing the video player now!
We'll have an option to disable ads on specific pages soon. You can follow this thread for updates on when that feature will be released and how to implement it on your site.

Just as a follow up on the video player - the engineers confirmed that the behavior you were seeing is just due to a bad ad creative. Getting served a bad ad creative is perfectly normal though, so nothing to worry about there!

Ok thank you so much! I checked my homepage and it looks much better, too! Not sure why - but I’ll take it.

Thank you for posting this question!
At first it seems like I was seeing video ads appeared on desktop, but now they are not appearing at all on desktop, but are on mobile.
Appreciate your help!0 -
Hi Christine! This video ad placement will only pop up if an ad partner bids on it, and as the owner of the site, your ad impressions are used up much more quickly than the average user's since you're on your site much more frequently.
I just took a look though, and I can confirm the video player is working great on desktop, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about here :)
